Live Monitor

Live Monitor gives a recent operational view of project traffic. Use it during integration, rollout, and incident diagnosis.

What it answers#

• Is the project receiving traffic now?
• Which ingest paths are active?
• Are errors increasing?
• Did a test message reach the runtime?
• Does recent volume match expectations?

The page uses the project live-statistics endpoint and the configured live-metrics cache backend.

What it does not prove#

Recent ingest activity does not by itself prove that every accepted record has reached its warehouse destination. Combine Live Monitor with destination statistics when diagnosing downstream delivery.

Likewise, no visible traffic may mean the sender is idle, the request is blocked before the expected path, or the selected project is wrong.

During a rollout#

1. Select the intended project.
2. Send one clearly identifiable non-sensitive test record.
3. Confirm recent activity.
4. Inspect the model and destination statistics.
5. Run a bounded Analytics API query.
